We see you, we hear you, and we're in this together.<\/em><\/p><p>Sofia Perez, who owns <a href=\"https:\/\/charactercounter.com\/\">CharacterCounter<\/a>, has two daughters, ages 4 and 6. Sofia struggles with social anxiety, which she has experienced her whole life, although she says it has become more of a struggle the older she has gotten and especially since becoming a mother.<\/p><p>&ldquo;Suddenly, I was thrust into a world of constant social interaction, and I just couldn't cope,&rdquo; Sofia tells CafeMom of life after becoming a mom. &ldquo;I became extremely withdrawn and found it hard to even leave the house. Since becoming a parent, my social anxiety has definitely increased.
